RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
Deposit is required at the time of your booking, only 25% to enable us secure the necessary reservations and the balance is paid within 28 days (Four weeks) to your safari Date. Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Bank Transfer, Travelers Cheque, and money order. Payments can be made to our office in Uganda.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NGARAMA SAFARIS TOUR AND TRAVEL SERVICES LIMITED

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Confirming your Safari (Holiday) with us, you must sign and fax back to us a booking form, which confirms that you are in agreement with these conditions and pay the appropriate deposit. Full payment is required for bookings made within 28 days (four weeks) prior of your departure.

CANCELLATION
Deposit is paid to us as a sign of your willingness to utilize travel arrangements and accommodation, which we reserve on your behalf. Should you or any member of your booking cancel your holiday, you must do so in writing and all cancellations are subject to a certain charge based on estimated losses and calculated as follows:

For Cancellation received from 60-30 days before departure, 20% of safari cost is to be paid (forfeited).
For Cancellations received from 30 –15 days before departure, 60% of the Safari Cost is to be paid. (Forfeited).

For Cancellations received from 0 -15days or less before departure, 100% of the safari cost is to be paid. (Forfeited), however you can contact your insurance company for the refund.
There will be no refund for gorilla permits, as this is direct policy from the Uganda Wildlife Authority. If you postpone your safari to a definite future date you will not incur any cancellation charges.

ITINERARY ALTERATIONS
We will do our utmost to provide the holiday arrangements that have been confirmed, but Ngarama Safaris reserves the right to modify or alter the itinerary if and foreseen circumstances like flight schedule, security matters, accommodation, make such alterations necessary.

INSURANCE SCHEME
It is a requirement when booking holiday that you arrange personal travel insurance, which is valid and effective.

LUGGAGE
All Luggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger’s own risk.

LIABILTY
It should be noted that your booking is accepted on the understanding that you come on the holiday entirely on your own risk due to the fact that there are certain inherent dangers involved with adventure travel. We assume no responsibility what so ever for injury, personal illness, Loss or damage to a person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from the will God, detention, annoyance, expenses arising from quarantine, delays, strikes, thefts, pilferage, failure of any means of conveyances to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations and discrepancies or changes in Hotel services in which Ngarama Safaris Tours and Travel has no control . Each of these companies is an independent corporation with its own management and is not subject to the control of Ngarama Safaris Tours and Travel Services Ltd.

NATIONAL PARKS
We strongly condemn collecting of any specimen from the natural world. Our Safaris provide the opportunity to watch and photograph wild life only not to disturb it.

TOUR PRICES
We reserve the right to change any of our prices, services or other particulars contained in the Itineraries at any time.

On advancement of a deposit to Ngarama Safaris Tours and Travel Services Ltd, the depositor agrees to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions.
